3M Company and Aearo Technologies Face Lawsuit Over Defective Combat Earplugs
Cohen & Malad, LLP attorneys have filed a lawsuit on behalf of military personnel who were issued and wore dual-ended Combat Arms Earplugs while in training and/or deployed on active military duty and suffered hearing loss or tinnitus. Court documents state that 3M and Aearo Technologies were aware that the earplugs failed to provide the proper noise-cancelling protection and did not notify the U.S. military of these findings. These earplugs were issued to personnel between 2003 and 2015.
