Conner is a member of the firm’s Business Services & Litigation and Real Estate Services & Litigation practice group. He is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice on representing Indiana businesses and individuals in disputes regarding business breakups, residential and commercial construction, residential and commercial leases, employee wage claims, landlord/tenant matters, miscellaneous contract disputes, and challenging administrative agency decisions. He also represents creditors’ interests in judgment enforcement actions, bankruptcy proceedings, replevin actions, including the pursuit of claims against recipients of fraudulent transfers, company veil-piercing actions, injunctive or other pre-judgment relief, and post-judgment enforcement actions.
Before joining the firm, Conner was a public servant working for the State of Indiana as a deputy attorney general. He led all phases of litigation on behalf of Indiana state agencies and employees in 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 suits, constitutional challenges to state statutes and regulations, and tort claims against the State. He also authored successful civil and criminal appellate briefs in the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court.
Outside of his legal practice, Conner enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, backpacking, and practicing the cello and guitar. Conner is a proud Eagle Scout and member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
