Amina A. Thomas Named Partner at Cohen & Malad, LLP
Cohen & Malad, LLP is pleased to announce attorney Amina A. Thomas has been named partner. Amina is a class action attorney who handles a variety of complex litigation. Amina is currently leading litigation against insurance companies involving policyholder benefits and rights. She is also a part of the class action Data Breach litigation team where she represents individuals whose personal information was stolen in cyberattacks against hospitals, insurance providers, and other businesses.
