David J. Cutshaw Named 2013 Leadership in Law Distinguished Barrister
Cohen & Malad, LLP is proud to announce that our partner, David Cutshaw, was named to the Indiana LawyerLeadership in Law Distinguished Barrister list. He was nominated for this award based on his dedication to the practice of law and his commitment to mentor young lawyers.
David’s practice has been concentrated in class action matters, business litigation, and medical malpractice claims. Over the past eight years, he has been preparing for trial involving over 275 clients who were former patients of Dr. Mark Weinberger. Weinberger was an ENT doctor from Merrillville, Indiana who performed unnecessary sinus surgeries for patients and then fled the country leaving them without follow up care.
