Monticello teacher Timothy Bulow, 30, was arrested on April 3, 2025, following an investigation into inappropriate behavior with a minor. The Roosevelt Middle School band teacher faces multiple felony charges, including three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, each classified as a Level 4 felony. The charges stem from allegations that Bulow engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a student, leading to his suspension by Twin Lakes School Corporation.
The investigation began after a report was filed on April 1, prompting the Twin Lakes School Corporation to notify the Indiana Department of Child Services and local law enforcement. Bulow is currently being held in the White County Jail. The case has shaken the local community, with many parents and students expressing concerns about Bulow’s alleged actions.
There are also disturbing allegations that parents that school administration disregarded reports of potentially inappropriate behavior by Bulow years prior to his arrest.
