Meet Brian

Partner Brian Zoeller is a Certified Family Law Specialist as certified by the Family Law Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. The process of certification requires that an attorney meet rigorous testing standards as well as demonstrate a substantial amount of hours practicing family law across various matters such as divorce, prenuptial agreements, and paternity actions. Since 2004 Brian has had the distinction of being named as an Indiana Super Lawyer. Brian’s practice is focused on high-asset, complex divorces and contested child custody matters. He represents clients at both the state and appellate court levels. Brian is in court on a daily basis working hard on their behalf. He also serves the Marion County Court as a pro tem judge when requested.

Brian has served as a Guardian Ad Litem and trained individuals through Kids’ Voice of Indiana and serves the Marion County Courts as an advocate on behalf of children who are alleged to be at risk due to abuse or neglect. Brian is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and serves on the board for the Bar Leader Series, an educational program created to help young attorneys develop leadership skills and become active community stewards. He served as the chair for the Bar Leader Series class XI. Brian represents clients at the state and appellate court levels and focuses his litigation practice in the following areas of law:

Brian coached youth football in the Franklin Township Youth Football League from 2001 – 2010. Brian now coaches the Lutheran Middle School team. Brian enjoys restoring and racing cars in various racing venues. Brian’s restored 1972 Gran Torino was featured in Popular Hot Rodding magazine
