Meet Emily D. Herrin
Attorney Emily D. Herrin is an experienced trial attorney and a member of the Class Action practice group. She is part of the data breach litigation team as well as the bank fee litigation team which has helped consumers recover tens of millions of dollars in improperly collected fee revenue from banks and credit unions.
Emily’s diverse legal background includes business litigation, complex civil litigation, personal injury, family law, and criminal law. Her trial experience includes serving as lead counsel on two jury trials as well as several civil bench trials.
Emily began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Mary DeBoer at Porter County Superior Court.
Outside of her legal practice Emily enjoys pilates, spending time with her family, and going to sporting events.
