Mallory is an attorney in Cohen & Malad, LLP’s Class Action practice group. She focuses her practice on complex class action litigation at state and federal levels, and represents clients in both trial and appellate courts. Her diverse legal background includes successfully representing individuals in civil rights matters, labor and employment actions, commercial and contract disputes, constitutional and regulatory law, and special education lawsuits.
Mallory’s legal experience also includes having served as Assistant Attorney General in the Law Enforcement and Special Prosecutions Division of the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office, and as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
In her personal time, Mallory enjoying cooking Central American and Chinese cuisine, producing electronic music, and hiking.
