Meet Sarah

Sarah E. Potter is an Associate Attorney at CohenMalad, LLP, where she represents plaintiffs in personal injury, class action and mass torts, medical malpractice, and pharmaceutical drug and medical device cases. Sarah’s legal work focuses on advocating for individuals who have been injured by dangerous prescription drugs, defective medical devices, and negligent medical care, helping them pursue justice, accountability, and compensation.

During her time there, she gained valuable experience by writing and interpreting statutory language; testifying in front of legislative committees; and working collaboratively with legislators, members of the public, attorneys, and executive branch staff to pass legislation that positively impacts Hoosiers.
