According to an Indiana Attorney General’s Office report, an unauthorized party gained access to Shoe Sensation’s systems on August 12, 2024, and accessed the personal information of over 9,000 individuals.
Shoe Sensation officials discovered the breach approximately four months later, on December 5, 2024.
Customers whose data was accessed were subsequently notified by letter on February 21, 2025.
