Lynn Toops Named to Leadership in Oracle Data Breach Class Action

We are pleased to announce that Partner and Class Action Chair, Lynn Toops, has been named to the Executive Committee for the consolidated Oracle Corporation Data Breach litigation.

The appointment was issued by U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan Hightower in a January 5 order that consolidated 34 related class actions for pre-trial purposes.

The matter is in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, master case number 1:25-cv-01805-ADA-SH.
