Jonathan co-leads the firm’s Mass Tort/Products Liability team, which represents people throughout the nation who have been injured due to a defective or dangerous pharmaceutical drug or medical device. He also has experience representing victims in cases involving Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, a severe and life-threatening skin condition that often occurs as a severe adverse reaction to a medication. Jonathan also serves in a leading role on the CohenMalad, LLP team representing Indiana counties, cities, and towns in litigation against the manufacturers, distributors, and dispensers of opioid pain medications.
Jonathan lives in Greenwood with his wife, daughter, and dog. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his favorite sports teams (especially the Colts), and traveling.
