New Litigation in the Death of Kinsleigh Welty

Attorneys representing family members on the victim’s paternal side have filed civil litigation against Indiana's Department of Child Services and numerous other defendants, in connection with the neglect, torture and starvation of five-year-old Kinsleigh Welty.
Lawsuits were filed late Thursday afternoon in Marion County Court. PDFs of the complaints are available to view/download below.
