New Litigation in the Death of Kinsleigh Welty

Attorneys representing family members on the victim’s paternal side have announced imminent civil litigation against Indiana's Department of Child Services and numerous other defendants, in connection with the neglect, torture and starvation of five-year-old Kinsleigh Welty.

The lawsuit will be filed Thursday afternoon in Marion County Court. By 5p on Nov. 6, a PDF of the complaint will be available to view/download on this page.
