MEET LAUREL
Laurel Gilchrist focuses her practice on serving victims of sexual abuse, medical malpractice and personal injury. She has represented individuals in state and federal trial and appellate courts for over 30 years.
In addition to extensive experience in all stages of litigation involving personal injuries, Laurel is practiced in other areas of law including Social Security Disability appeals, employment discrimination and adult guardianships. She is also a certified civil and family law mediator and FINRA arbitrator.
Beyond practicing law, Laurel has taught law school courses in legal writing and appellate advocacy at IU McKinney School of Law, as well as undergraduate courses in composition and public speaking at IUPUI.
Laurel believes that educating each client throughout all stages of a lawsuit is one of the keys to success. She is passionate about effective and compassionate legal advocacy, and is proud to work at a firm with an unwavering commitment to excellent client service.
