What Is Dupixent?
Dupixent (dupilumab) is a biologic medication approved for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema), asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and certain other immune-mediated conditions. It works by targeting key pathways in the immune system to reduce inflammation.
What users weren’t told? Despite its promise, many patients have experienced serious, life-altering complications or even death, far from what was expected when they were told Dupixent would help their condition. Most seriously, there is grave concern about the heightened risk of Lymphoma and Leukemia.
Dupixent was placed on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's “Potential Signals” list in March 2025, after at least 300+ reports involving lymphoma diagnoses were submitted by healthcare providers.
According to DrugWatch.com, one study found an increased risk of Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (especially in patients over age 60), and another study determined that asthma patients taking Dupixent had a 79% higher lymphoma rate.
If you are among those harmed by Dupixent, please know you aren't alone. These aren’t isolated cases, and patient lawsuits are being filed against drug manufacturers Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and Sanofi to hold them accountable for allegedly failing to fully study the side effects, and adequately warn potential users.
Dangerous Health Risks of Dupixent
