Sexual Abuse Claims Being Investigated Against Former Tri-Creek School Corporation Superintendent Rod Gardin
Cohen & Malad, LLP attorneys are investigating claims of sexual abuse against Rod Gardin the former superintendent of Tri-Creek School Corporation in Lowell, Indiana. The family of a former student alleges that Gardin sexually assaulted a grade school student.
In January of 2021, Gardin was placed on temporary leave amid allegations of grooming behavior after an anonymous letter was sent to the school corporation.
