Prevail, Inc Receives Over $51,000 from Cohen & Malad, LLP Settlement Funds
Cohen & Malad, LLP is pleased to announce Prevail, Inc. which provides crisis intervention and support services for survivors of crime and abuse received over $51,000 as a distribution of unclaimed settlement funds. The distribution comes from a consumer protection lawsuit Cohen & Malad, LLP filed on behalf of credit union members who were charged improper account fees. The court approved the distribution of these funds to be directed to Prevail to support programs which aid survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence on their path to healing.
